Camp and view the total solar eclipse at the historic site of the 1838 Mountain Man Rendezvous in Riverton. We offer the best of all worlds, with shaded campsites, open areas for viewing the eclipse, placement outside city limits for less light pollution at night, and camping at a 200-acre nationally recognized historic site. We will have portable bathrooms and water on site. This is a primitive site—there is no electricity, running water, sewer, or dump station. Generators will be allowed during certain hours. We will provide a limited number of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners and a refreshment stand serving soft drinks, beer, and water. Expect entertainment Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights at no cost to prepaid campers. General public can attend the activities by separate admission.
